Please include:

  • The email address associated with your GymRatX account

  • Your username (if available)

  • A brief statement requesting account deletion

Example:
“Please delete my GymRatX account and associated data.”

 

Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your request and process account deletion within 7 days of verification.

For security purposes, we may request confirmation to ensure the deletion request is authorized by the account holder.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:

  • Profile information (username, profile photo, bio)

  • Uploaded content (videos, comments, reactions), where applicable

  • Account activity data

  • App usage information linked to your account

  • Stored identifiers associated with your profile

Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
